The method
Low-moisture, the way we run every job.
Most carpet cleaners sell steam cleaning because that is the equipment they own. We own the low-moisture system because that is the result our customers actually want — a clean floor that does not put the house on hold for the rest of the day.
Dry soil comes out first. We walk the room with you and flag traffic lanes and stains before any chemistry touches the fiber.
A controlled amount of carpet-safe detergent is worked in with a counter-rotating brush — enough to suspend soil, not enough to soak the pad.
A wet-vac pass pulls the suspended soil back out. The carpet is left damp, not wet — typically 5–8% moisture vs. 40%+ from a steam wand.
We set the pile, leave booties by the door, and most rooms are walk-ready before we roll the hose back onto the van.
